Context: A Support Manager wants the Chat Widget to support different languages.
User Problem: As a Support Manager, I think it’s a good idea to greet customers in their native language to draw more leads.
Solution: Using the Translate and Customize Chat setting on Chat for JSM!
Good news – all the texts used by the Chat Widget (seen by the customer) can be translated or modified to your needs!
