Printing duplicates in Agile Cards
Problem
There are duplicate printouts in the Agile Cards app.
In these instances, the issue is often related to system printer settings that are not defined in Agile Cards.
Solution
Check if duplicates are visible during the print preview or after saving as PDF. If duplicates are not visible in the print preview or included in the PDF file, the issue is not associated with the Agile Cards app.
This issue may occur when the Enable bidirectional support option is enabled in the printer.
To investigate this issue (based on Google Chrome):
Open the Chrome menu (3 dots in top-right corner) > More Tools > Developer Tools:
Open the Network tab, enable the Preserve log option, and enable recording. The enable recording button is displayed below (#3), the circle with a square inside, located in the top-left corner.
In Agile Cards, click Print Cards:
Each issue is sent individually in a separate request. In the example below, there are 21 issues to print and there are 21 requests:
Afterwards, all requests are processed:

If there are no duplicates, the printing issue is not associated with Agile Cards.
