Adding the BigPicture PPM item view is super easy and it gives you a lot of enhancements within monday.

Follow the steps below to add the BigPicture PPM item view:

  1. Open monday board.

  2. Left-click the ellipse that displays to the left of an item and click Open.

  3. In the right-hand pane, click the Add View button.

  4. Search for BigPicture PPM. The item displays. Select Add to Item.

  5. Now, the BigPicture PPM view tab displays. It is now available when you open any task on the board.
