App Permissions can be adjusted at any point.
When app access permissions are missing, the BigPicture shortcut cannot be added to a workspace.
Note: Those permissions do NOT impact BigPicture having access to boards in a workspace.
When a user opens BigPicture, ALL existing sharable boards from ALL workspaces of a monday instance can be added to the scope of boxes.
Business reason: Hiding BigPicture from users in a given workspace.
