Custom fields

This page is about Time to SLA for Jira Data Center.

Time to SLA (TTS) provides pre-built custom fields to help you track and manage SLAs more efficiently. Some of these fields are created automatically upon installation (SLA Panel, Time to SLA, and Overdue custom fields), while others must be created manually (SLA Indicator, SLA Overview, and SLA Dates).

Available custom fields

  • Time to SLA – Displays SLA time remaining or elapsed.

  • Overdue – Indicates whether an SLA is overdue.

  • SLA Indicator – Shows the SLA status as an icon.

  • SLA Dates – Shows specific SLA-related dates (Start, End, or Target).
