Welcome to Time to SLA! We’re happy to see you here. This page contains step-by-step instructions on how to set up Time to SLA for Jira.

Before you begin

• You must be a Jira administrator to carry out the instructions on this page.

How to set up Time to SLA for Jira:

Installing Time to SLA for Jira is like installing any other Jira app (see Managing add-ons in the Jira documentation).

1. Log in to your Jira instance as a Jira Administrator.

2. Click the profile icon on the top right-hand corner of the screen.

3. Go to Atlassian Marketplace.

   Open

   

4. The Atlassian Marketplace for Jira screen will appear.

5. On the left-hand menu, select Find New Apps.

   Open

   

6. Type Time to SLA in the search field and press Enter.

7. Click Buy Now to purchase a Time to SLA license, or Free Trial to start a trial.

8. If you click Buy Now, you'll be taken to the Atlassian Marketplace checkout page. After purchasing a license, click Apply License.

9. If you click Free Trial, the Free Trial screen will pop up. Click Get License.

10. You will then see the My Atlassian login page. Log in to your account.

11. Click Apply License.
