Given that all our tools are sold exclusively through the Atlassian Marketplace, our licensing model is based on the same tiered structure that Atlassian uses. This means you would need to get a Swanly license that matches your Jira license tier (total number of users); if you have 100 users in your Jira instance, for example, you will need a 100-user Swanly license.
Although the plugin is utilized by a select group of users, it indirectly benefits a much broader audience. We also take pride in offering a competitive pricing model that rewards growth, with the license cost per user decreasing as the number of users increases.
