Easy Form won't enable after an upgrade

After updating the App the App won't enable and the update button just spins.

Need to make sure "workbox - host plugin" is working

As an Admin, go to manage Apps & check to see if "Workbox - host plugin" is enabled.
1. If you don't see it then click on "all apps"
2. scroll down to the bottom of the list & enable the App.
This app is required for starting "Easy forms"
1. "Workbox - Host Plugin" is part of "Confluence Mobile Web Plugin". If you disabled "Confluence Mobile Web Plugin" then "Workbox - Host Plugin" was disabled automatically. If you don’t need the "Confluence Mobile Web Plugin" you can disable this app right after the "Easy forms" starts.
