  • Where is the data entered into the Flow Board macro saved?

    •  It's saved in the confluence database, using its own set of tables

  • How is this information on the boards protected?

    • We have access controls in place such that permissions to read and write to any given board is controlled by the current user's page permissions for the page that a board is located on

  • How can it be exported for archival purposes since it does not print when you export the page to Excel or PDF?

    • You can export it as JSON data can be re-imported at a later time
    •  Any user with the ability to see a board can export it to JSON format and admins can export any individual board or all boards at once from the FB admin screen (again in JSON format)

  • What are the differences in the versions of Flow Board?
