How to Apply a Cloud Promo Code
From any page go to settings
Scroll about 1/2 way down the page to the Atlassian Marketplace section
Click on Promotions
Apply promotion code
Enter the Promotion Code & check
Apply Promotion Code once it has been excepted
Please note that you need to have a promo code that is the correct billing type to what your account is set. It is either Monthly (you are charged every month) or Annual (once a Year). When you are receiving the code please make sure you know which type your account is set as.
If you are given a monthly billing code, i.e. extend a trail license for an additional thirty days you will need have either monthly billing or mixed billing set on your account. If you have it set as Annual you will receive an error.
A billing Admin can change the settings so that multiple types of billing can be used. If you are unaware of how to make that change reach out to Confluence Support. Atlassian Confluence Cloud Support

Please note that the expiration date of the discount will show on the promo page. You will then be able to see when the adjusted rate will change to the regular rate.

invalid Promotion Code | Make sure it typed correctly and there are no extra spaces at the beginning or end |
invalid Promotion Code | Make sure that you had the trial enabled. It can be expired but you need to have a SEN & License EN in the UPM |
