Cannot find macro after it is installed (cloud)

Problem

A newly installed macro does not show up in the page editor so it cannot be added to a page.  

There is a known bug in Atlassian that sometimes makes newly installed macros not show up for insertion into a page.

Refresh your browser cache to work around the bug: How to hard reset browser caches for a given page
