How to filter releases on the roadmap

1. Go to Apps > Swanly roadmaps > Release view > Roadmap.

2. Click the magnifying glass in the roadmap navigation bar to expand available filters:

   • Search - filter and show on the timeline only releases that match the search query.

   • Project - filter out releases only from the project you need, or cross-project releases.

   • Template - filter out releases with a certain template assigned.

   • Status - sort out releases with unnecessary status, for example, avoid items with Released status to display. There are four statuses available: Pending, In Progress, Released, and Failed.

How to group releases on the roadmap

1. Click the Grouping icon in the roadmap navigation bar to expand available grouping options.

2. The app allows you to group and plan your releases by Project, Template, or even Status.
