Use Scaffolding with Content Delivery Network

Scaffolding can be used with Content Delivery Network (CDN) to improve page load times and for scalability.

CDN support is available in the Data Center edition of Confluence 7.0.

The Scaffolding app now includes support for CDNs, so no specific configuration or changes are needed.
