Improvements and Fixes

1. Form HTML content needed to be corrected to following more strict standards to prevent errors like with /wiki/spaces/RUN/pages/73073033 usage.
2. Security fix when Macro Security for Confluence is used to manage access to the run macro and parameters. See /wiki/spaces/CMSP/pages/67404807 (you must be logged in to view).
