Extending the dynamic filters

Rich Filters::Service Management Dashboards provides dynamic filtering support for the Service Management specific fields Customer Request Type and Organizations.
The dynamic filters on the Customer Request Type and Organizations fields work the same way all the other filters work. You can add, delete, reorder, or change the options order of a dynamic filter on the Customer Request Type or Organizations fields the same way you do for all the other fields.
