Description
Gets the user by email address.
Parameters

Return Type
CUser
Returns the first user found with the specified email address.
Example
CUser user = getUserByEmail("jdoe@example.com");
If there are multiple users with the same email address, the routine does not guarantee that it will always return the same user.
