4. Deleting a template

Goal
This section covers the instructions for deleting a Gaia for Jira template.
Undo is not possible
Deleting a template cannot be undone. All associated Jira issues files and Confluence Space files will be deleted. This will not delete any projects/spaces created with the template.
Pre-requisites
This tutorial was written considering that :
- you have a JIRA instance installed and running on your server;
- you have administrator rights on that JIRA instance;
- you are logged in your JIRA instance;
- you have at least one Gaia for JIRA template (if not, go read adding a Gaia for JIRA template).
Deleting a template
1. Go to the "Manage apps" menu of the Jira Administration section :
On the upper right corner of your screen, Click on the Administration icon, select the "Add-ons" sub-menu.
2. Go into the the Gaia Configuration page :
From the menu on the left side of the screen, find the "Gaia" section, select "Gaia Configuration":

2. Deleting the template:
Under the Actions column, click on the "Delete" button associated to the template you wish to delete. The following dialog will open asking for your confirmation to delete the template :
You're done!
There you go, you have deleted a template.Â
