Allow a group of users to request projects so that Jira admins can then approve and process those requests.

Grant permissions to a group

1. Navigate to Cog menu   > Apps.

1. Locate the Delegated Project Creator section in the left sidebar and select Permission Settings.

2. From the “Groups that can REQUEST new projects” section, select a group to add from the dropdown and click Add group to Requestors.

From the section “Groups that can REQUEST new projects”, click delete next to the group whose permissions you want to revoke.
