This article will walk you through the process of configuring the Numbered Caption application.
Configuring Numbered Caption Application
You can configure the caption template as per your requirement. To change the application configuration, go to Apps → Manage Apps → Numbered Captions → Configure. The Configure Numbered Captions page is displayed. The following are the parameters you can configure as per your requirement:

Numbering
The Numbering configuration parameter is applicable only if have installed the Easy Numbered Headings application.
Parameter | Default | Description |

Inherit numbering from headings | Checked | This option will provide caption numbering dependent on the level of the header. Uncheck this box to disable heading-based numbering. This application will inherit the heading number from the Easy Numbered Headings application when used together. |
Up to level | H3 | Choose the level of the header from the drop-down menu. From this level of heading the caption numbering is enabled. |
