What is the app migration status?
The migration dashboard in the CCMA includes the migration status for each vendor app included in the migration. The current status of any app included in a migration is shown in this dashboard.
RUNNING:
a migration is currently in progress and the named app is included in the migration plan
COMPLETE:
The migration was successful (publishing configuration + publishing state of pages)
The source and target spaces for each publishing configuration must be included in the migration.
The migration for a space can be set as COMPLETE when the spaces in the migration do not include a space with a publishing configuration (source or target space) or a linked publishing space has no pages to migrate. In this case, the migration log for the app includes the following message
'No tasks have been generated. This may be due to one of two reasons: either there is no data available to process, or all relevant pages are restricted and cannot be included in the migration tasks.'
INCOMPLETE:
The migration processed all the elements, but something failed to set the publishing configuration or the publishing state for one or more pages
FAILED:
something failed in the server of data center instance
something failed in the cloud site (before processing the elements)
The app migration FAILED status can be due to:
including only one of the linked spaces for a publishing configuration
permissions issue on the hosted or cloud site for the migration
You will also need to review the CCMA checks for the data, users, and vendor apps for an Incomplete or Failed migration status.
