Execution Log: changed how errors are handled for the Linked Transition post function to improve performance.

Fixes

Dark mode: resolved a JSU dark mode alignment issue with system and browser settings.
Admin settings: Fixed issues with asynchronous requests that caused delayed loading of the JSU’s admin Settings page.
