Overview

Emojis are an easy way to interact with Jira from Slack.

  • You must invite the bot to your channel to use this feature.

  • React to an Integration+ ticket message with the emoji, and the ticket will be assigned to you.

Assign a ticket to yourself

  1. Find the Integration+ ticket message for the ticket assigned to you.

  2. React to the message with the emoji.

The message will immediately update to show you as the assignee.
