Description

Similar to createIssueTypeScheme. Use the issueTypeScheme parameter to identify an existing scheme to update and the name parameter to provide a new name if desired. The issueType parameter is a comma separated list of issue type names or ids that are added to the scheme. Use @all to add all available issue types to the scheme. Use the defaultIssueType parameter to set the default issue type for the scheme.
