Enhancements

new link Last Publication in the publishing report opens a popup to display a
summary of the last whole space publish action
See details link to the space publishing report for the last whole space publish

the Publish space button is disabled if a space reindex is in progress, for example, when changing the target space or space publishing configuration

The publishing report is now displayed by default on choosing the Comala Publishing option in the Confluence Apps sidebar
