Read confirmation status lozenges

The read confirmation dialog box status lozenge is displayed in the read confirmation dialog box as:

• PENDING

  • if no users are assigned as readers

  • or until all readers have confirmed they have read the page

Open

• CONFIRMED when all readers have confirmed they have read the page

Open

• OVERDUE if any read confirmations have not been completed and a due date has passed

Open

Read confirmation status is also reflected in the on-page read confirmation icon color. 

Readers who complete their individual read confirmation after a read confirmation expiry date see an exclamation mark in the dialog box.
