Using the Comala Boards app with Comala Lists

list macro 'Use Comala Boards' option

If the Comala Boards app is also installed you can choose to use the Boards List macro options for the list macro.

The linked list page content can be previewed on the published page.

Additional pages can be added to the list using the plus ( + ) symbol on the list heading.

Additional columns can still be added using other Comala Lists macros.

For some, the Use Comala Boards option adds further features.

The list label column is displayed with menu options to add/remove/bulk change the labels for the list pages.

If the Comala Boards app is installed, you can also choose to add the Comala Boards List macro.

Add a Comala Boards List macro

If the Comala Boards app is installed you can choose to use a Boards List macro (see Comala Boards for Confluence Server app).

The Boards List macro is added using the macro browser.

The Insert List dialogue box gives the choice of three existing lists or the creation of your own list.

  • the Popular labels list creates a list with a separate column for each label in the current or specified space

  • the Content Quality Checklist creates a list that lets you apply a quality check to every page in a space so you can assess content quality, audience, and SEO

  • the Requirement Lists creates columns to check priority, impact, target release, and a user story description

You can add a Boards List:

  • from the macro suggestions on the page

  • from the Insert more content menu.

Or choose Other macros to access the macro browser.
