Managing and setting content labels

Getting Started with Comala Lists

Managing and setting content labels

You can check/uncheck labels for each row entry in a label list column. This will add or remove the label to/from the linked content.

You can use the list macro to add more labels to the content.

  • simply add the new label in Edit macro.

  • on the Updated page with the macro, check the newly added label list column entry for each page that requires the new label.

A limitation is that the labels displayed using the list macro on its own are limited to those added in the Edit macro box.

Add a label list column using the lists label macro

The displayed label list columns can created by adding the list label macro to the list macro.

Edit the list label macro to add the label to Label Name and add a Heading for the column.

A single list label macro creates a single label list column.

You can use this additional macro

  • to create a label list column heading that is different from the label.

  • to create a label list column that is read-only.

Additional label list columns can be added by including more list label macros in the body of the  list macro

The pages to be displayed in the list rows are filtered using the Filter option in the Edit List macro dialogue box.
