Pushing a comment from Jira to Salesforce

This guide walks you through pushing comments from Jira to Salesforce.

This is typically only required when the Automatically push new comments option is turned off for the mapping configuration.

Guide

To push a single comment from the Jira issue to the related Salesforce object, you will need to:

  1. Open up the relevant Jira issue.
     

  2. Hover over the comment you would like to push to Salesforce. A set of icons will appear.
    Click on the

     icon and a pop-up will appear.
    If it doesn't, Refresh the page.





  3. If the comment is already pushed to the related Salesforce object, a message will be displayed as follows:
