What’s New?

New Document Activity reporting page macro and document activity report UI.

Open

The document activity page macro can be added to a page or blog post to display the dynamic information for the lifecycle of the workflow events on the document.

The macro can be configured to display one or more of the following:

• the User associated with the document activity

• workflow document Action

• the workflow State

• any user Comments related to the document activity

• the Date of the document activity

• the document Version

The version includes a link to the document version.
