What is a Comala Boards List?

Boards Lists let you work with page properties, labels, and metadata values in one location.

A list presents page properties in a table format. Use a list to quickly add or remove properties associated with all space pages.

 

Add a boards list to a page

Choose the Comala Boards List macro to add to your page.

Open

You can create your own list to help you manage, categorize, and review your Confluence content.

List picker and editor

You can choose from one of three Comala Boards List sample lists in the List editor.

Choose Empty list to create your own new checklist.

If you need to customize the list, check the box to Edit a list.

Types of lists

Checklists

Create a list with label checkmark columns to use checklists for existing space contents.

Requirements

Build a project-requirements list by choosing the bundled Requirements List and customize it to your project.

Labels

Control the use of labels in a Confluence space by bulk-renaming or bulk-deleting existing labels.
