  • Until you select an owner in the search text field, the Change owner button is disabled.

  • To go back to step 2, click Back.

  • To cancel the selections and return back to the app’s main page, Custom Report, click Cancel.

The Change owner button shows the progress. The request is processed at the back end, and this takes some time.

Step 4 - Summary

Once the change owner request is complete, you are navigated to step 4.

  • The success message shows the number of reports transferred to the new owner.

  • The table displays the list of reports transferred to the new owner. It provides details such as Owner, Name, Category, Shared with, and Last Modified information.

  • To navigate back to Step 1 - Select reports, click Finish.

If the transfer ownership request fails, an error is displayed, and the selected reports table with the actual owner is displayed.
