Migrate app configurations from the Data Center to the cloud

Are you currently using the Data Center version of the app and considering moving to the cloud?

  • Our migration support is here to assist you with Power BI Jira Connector migration from the Data Center to the cloud.

  • Upgrade the Power BI Jira Connector app version to 4.2.10 on your Data Center instance, install Jira Cloud Migration Assistant, and, at the click of a button, migrate all your app configurations (those with cloud support) to the cloud.

Bug fix

The following bug is fixed in this release:

  • The API calls fetching Tempo work attributes now automatically make five retry attempts if the first attempt fails.
