Bug fixes
The following bugs are fixed in this release:
Fixed a bug where the announcement banner did not appear correctly in Jira when activated or deactivated through the REST API. The banner appeared active in the Announcer Dashboard but did not display in the project view.
Fixed a bug where Confluence admin users couldn't create or edit announcements.
