The Audit Log page in Assets and Inventory Plugin for Jira Cloud displays a log of all the actions performed in the app. This includes actions such as the creation of an asset, the update of a status configuration, and the deletion of an asset type collection.

The Audit Log page is useful for administrators who need to track changes made to assets and configurations. To access the Audit Log page, navigate to the Assets and Inventory Plugin for Jira Cloud, and click Settings > Audit Log. On this page, you can use various filters to see the audit logs.

On this page, you can use various filters to see the audit logs:

  • Date – Enter two dates to see all the actions that happened between them.

  • User – See the individual actions by searching for users.

  • Object Type – Search for logs based on object type, such as Asset, Asset Link, Asset Type, Asset Type Collection, Attribute, Global Attribute Scheme, Permission Scheme, and Status Configuration.

  • Asset – Search for individual assets to see how they were changed.

  • Action Type – Search for specific actions made to assets, such as Created, Updated, and Deleted.

For each log, you can click Show Data, which will show you the new values in the log.

Click Show Data to see New Value.
