Global administrators can configure settings for Comala Publishing in the global configuration for the app for
In global administration choose one of two Comala Publishing configuration options
Comala Publishing can be configured to enable ANY or listed spaces
to use space publishing and copy space in the space publishing global configuration dashboard
to use snapshot publishing in the snapshot publishing global configuration dashboard
Spaces enabled for space publishing are automatically enabled to allow a one-off copy of the space using copy space.
A global administrator can use the global configuration dashboards to configure the Confluence users who can
publish spaces using space publishing (Space Publishers Group)
copy content from one space to another (Copiers Group)
use snapshot publishing including the permission to create and manage snapshot collections (Collection Managers)
The copy space Copiers Group is configured in the space publishing global configuration dashboard.
A user publishing a single page does not need to be a member of the Space Publishers Group. Single-page publishing checks the user permissions on the page in the source and the target space.
