BigPicture shortcut

Introduction

Click on a shortcut to open BigPicture.

The BigPicture shortcut can be added in multiple workspaces, but it always leads to the same BigPicture app. BigPicture is installed once for the entire monday.com instance.

Available Actions

What users can see and do in the BigPicture app depends on their assigned box and app roles, as well as their monday.com permissions.

Error rendering macro 'excerpt-include' : No link could be created for 'Access to BigPicture - Security, roles, and permissions'.

Who can add a shortcut?

The following monday.com users can add a BigPicture shortcut:

admins
members

How to add a shortcut?

In a workspace:

Click “Add item to workspace”.
Navigate to “Apps” and select “BigPicture PPM for monday.com” from the drop-down menu.

Who can access BigPicture?

Troubleshooting

I don’t see BigPicture on the list

BigPicture workspace permissions missing - BigPicture shortcut cannot be added to this workspace.

The shortcut doesn’t work

BigPicture workspace permissions were revoked.

I can’t get through the authorization screen

Viewers and Guests can’t access BigPicture.
