Access to the BigPicture app
The Security tab in BigPicture Administration lets you determine who has access to the app.
BigPicture gives you two options:
permissions for everyone
use BigPicture roles to control access
Monday admins always have access to BigPicture, even when no roles have been assigned to them.
Monday Viewers and Guests cannot have access to BigPicture.
Monday Viewers and Guests ARE handled normally as BigPicture resources.
Permissions for everyone
Toggle switch on
Enabling Permissions for everyone comes in handy for small organizations while evaluating the application or testing how things work.
When enabled, every logged-in user has the same administrative level of access which includes:
BigPicture Administration
Boxes and their content
When permissions for everyone are enabled roles cannot be assigned.
Toggle switch off
Roles can be assigned to users. Assign roles to monday Members to grant them access to the BigPicture app.
Monday admins always have access to BigPicture, even when no roles have been assigned to them.
App security roles

| App admin has the full access to BigPicture app and its configuration. They have access to all the boxes but are NOT listed as users for individual boxes unless they have been added. |

Cannot access:
| To have access to BigPicture boxes, they need to be assigned a role in a given box. |
App User |
Cannot access the BigPicture Administration and Configuration of the app. | The App user role alows them to enter the app, but they will see only the boxes they have been assigned to. |
