This page is about Time to SLA for Jira Server.

To import SLAs and calendars from JSM:

1. Click on Time to SLA in the header menu to see the TTS menu.

2. Go to Import/Export > Import JSM SLAs.

3. Select the SLAs that you want to import, then click Next.

Keep in mind that it’s not possible to import just calendars from JSM. You need to pick at least one SLA to be able to import calendars.

4. Create a new calendar for your calendars or select one of the existing ones.

If you skip the Map Calendars part and leave it empty, Time to SLA will recreate those calendars. For example, if you have five JSM SLAs and you migrate them separately while leaving the calendar section blank, you’ll end up with five calendars for each. This is why we recommend you to select the calendars each time.

5. Click Import.

6. Wait for the import process to complete.

7. See the import results.
