Syntax
userHasSoftwareAccess(username)
Description
Verifies if a user has access to the Jira Software application.Parameters for the server version

| username | String | Yes | Username of the user that is being checked. |
Return type
boolean (true/false)
A "true" return value means that the user has access to Jira Software.
Example
userHasSoftwareAcces("jsmith");
Returns "true" if the user has access.
