Overview
Publishing of a page can be automated using Comala Publishing with an applied Comala Document Management workflow.A page in the source space can be set to be published on either the applied workflow
Transition to the final state
Page is automatically published on the workflow transition to the final state in the applied workflow (configured to occur on approving the final page content).
Trigger event
The page is automatically published on a workflow event, for example, the change of workflow state.
Pages can still be published using single-page publishing and whole-space publishing when publishing is configured using a Comala workflow applied in the source space.
A workflow from one of Comala Document Management family of apps can be applied to pages and blog posts, Comala Publishing can only publish page content. Blog posts with a Comala workflow applied are ignored by the Comala Publishing app.
