Comala Document Management workflows
Comala Document Management has the choice of at least three installed workflows.

Workflow template scope
Global scope
Global workflows in the global workflows dashboard are global in scope. These workflows can be copied and/or edited only by the global administrator in this dashboard.
A global workflow template is available to a space administrator to add to a space document document dashboard as a
non-editable workflow that is linked to the global workflows dashboard

Space scope
Adding a copy of a global workflow template to a space changes to scope of the workflow to a space scope. A space scope workflow
is unique to the space
has no retained link to the source global workflow template
editable in the space

A space administrator can also copy an existing global scope workflow (or a space scope workflow) added to a space to create a space scope workflow editable in that space.
There is a hierarchy of space workflow application when one or enabled workflows are present in the space document management space workflows dashboard. For example, a global scope workflow in a space is applied in to space content even if there is an enabled space scope workflow.

The Page Workflows Templates dashboard, by default, includes all enabled workflows in the global templates dashboard. A space administrator can disable these in the a space or add a new workflow including an editable space scope workflow.

If there is no enabled workflow in the dashboard, a workflow can be applied on a page-by-page basis in the space. Once a workflow is applied to an individual page as. apage workflow, the workflow on the page is unique to the page and no link is retained to the workflow template in the Page Workflow Templates dashboard. |

Adding workflows to a space
Add one or more workflows to the space using
the Add Workflow button
the Global Workflows Template option
Each workflow added to the space document management dashboard can be edited (space scope workflow only), copied or removed in the current space workflow using the ellipsis menu options button.

The workflow state can be set for all the pages and blog posts using the Initialize states option. |
From v7.4.0, the Onboarding screen includes options to add a Get Started workflow or one of three workflows to illustrate popular use cases.
