Publishing of a page can be automated using Comala Publishing with an applied Comala Document Management workflow.

A page in the source space can be published automatically using the applied workflow in the two following ways:

The Pages can still be published using single-page and whole-space publishing when publishing is configured to use a Comala workflow in the source space.

Publish on a transition to the workflow final state

A page is automatically published on the transition to the final state in the applied workflow (. The transition to the workflow’s final state is usually configured to occur on upon approval of the finalized page content).
