Install the Tableau Connector Pro for Jira
application on the cloud and configure the Connector.

Pre-requisites
Admin privileges are required for both the Data Center and Jira Cloud instances.
Install Jira Cloud Migration Assistant on the Data Center instance from which you intend to migrate. For more information, refer to What is Jira Cloud Migration Assistant?

Data migration from the Jira Data Center to the cloud is independent of app application installation or configuration in your cloud instance. We recommend that administrators verify that all your data (projects and user configurations) are displayed properly after the migration process is completed.
Install the Tableau Connector Pro for Jira app application on the cloud instance and set up the Connector to import . Refer to Installation.
Approve OAuth access, and the Web Data Connector URL is generated. See My Connectors.
