This page is about Time to SLA for Jira On-Prem. Using Jira Cloud? Click the Cloud button above. |
The SLA Panel will continuously change as your SLA progresses. If there are multiple SLAs within an issue, you will see a distinct panel for each SLA. Discover more about what the different colors and icons mean below.
...
Color & Icon | What does it mean? |
---|
Image RemovedImage Added | The SLA is in PROGRESS, which means it’s in the safe zone. |
Image RemovedImage Added | The SLA is in PROGRESS, but in the critical zone, which means the deadline is approaching. You can change when the SLA will be in the critical zone from SLA configurations. |
Image RemovedImage Added | The SLA has been COMPLETED succesfully. |
Image RemovedImage Added | The SLA is EXCEEDED/BREACHED/VIOLATED. |
Image RemovedImage Added | The SLA hasn’t started yet or has NO TARGET. There could be three reasons: No Target is chosen as the goal. Negotiation Date is chosen as the goal, but it hasn't been set on the issue yet JQL works, but the start condition hasn't been met yet. SLA will start counting when the condition is met.
|
Image RemovedImage Added | The SLA’s calendar is out of working hours. |
