Users

^† This is the maximum number of users that will be displayed when assigning a user as a reviewer using the workflow popup.  If the number of possible users is above the set maximum no users will be displayed, users must be added to the search box to display and assign a user

• If the number of users specified for the approvers is higher than the  “Users displayed when assigning review“ parameter value

  • no users will be displayed by default when assigning a reviewer to the approval

• If the number of users specified for the approvers is lower than the  “Users displayed when assigning review“ parameter value

  • the complete list of users will be displayed by default when assigning a reviewer to the approval

This behavior is the same when using any of group, selectedapprovers or selectedapprover to specify the reviewers for an approval.

Users

Configure the maximum number of pages to analyze for workflow state filtering. Adjusting this limit may affect report loading times.
