Page The page is automatically published on the workflow transition to the final state in the applied workflow (usually configured to occur on approving approval of the final finalized page content).

Trigger

Publish on a workflow trigger event

The page is automatically published on a workflow event, for example, the change of workflow state.

Pages can still be published using single-page publishing and whole-space publishing when publishing is configured using a Comala workflow applied in the source space.

A workflow from one of Comala Document Management family of apps can be applied to pages and blog posts, Comala Publishing can only publish page content. Blog posts with a Comala workflow applied are ignored by the Comala Publishing app.
