Change Dashboard Owner

Overview

This page explains how to change the ownership of a dashboard.

You must be an admin to change ownership.

When the original creator of a dashboard is no longer in the company, we may lose the ability to update important dashboards used internally or shared with external stakeholders. Administrators can now change the owner of any dashboard, even of private dashboards:

  • Bulk owner change for a quicker maintenance.

  • Search dashboards filtering by text, with public links, by owner or by deactivated or deleted users.

  • Disable public links.

  • Sort by title, owner, public link, created and updated dates.
