Ability to change ownership of a dashboard

When the original creator of a dashboard is no longer in the company, we may lose the ability to update important dashboards used internally or shared with external stakeholders. Administrators can now change the owner of any dashboard, even of private dashboards. Read more Change Dashboard Owner.

Restrict access to public links creation

Status groups in Time in Status

Creating your own status groups lets you merge multiple statuses into a single category, simplifying and enhancing your Time in Status reporting capabilities.

Enhancements

• Legends are now sortable in Custom Charts gadgets for Jira, Confluence, BigPicture, CDM, Projectrak.

• Custom Charts for monday.com supports Formula columns to create tables and charts.

• The “Request Type” field is now available in the Dynamic Filter bar.

Increase maximum number of issues (Cloud)

Admins can now increase the limit of of issues returned in Cloud (Data Center customers already enjoyed this!) by JQL queries, and rendered in charts. Set the maximum number of issues according with your instance to optimize the performance. This limit is increased from 2,500 to 10,000.

Bug fixes

The following bugs are fixed in this release:

• Changing a filter in a configured gadget sometimes kept the old configured filter.

• The Progress Tracker displayed epics instead of “No data” if no issues where found in other entity type.

• Statuses were not properly sorted using drag and drop.

• Area chart grouped by date was accumulating data before ordering dates.

• Dashboard export to png generated more than one image.

• Issue installing Dashboard Hub for Bitbucket from the Atlassian Marketplace.

• A state mutation detected between dispatches.

• Time in Status couldn’t inherit the configuration of other gadgets.

• Comala Document Management Custom Charts failed with date type field min aggregations.

• Error with Axios when loading some gadgets.

• Some users couldn’t see dashboards shared with them in the Customer Portal due to unfair rejection by the gadget secure validation.

• Aggregations in monday.com Custom Charts wouldn’t work with some columns.

• Multiple datasources with the same name were displayed.

• Met vs Breached SLA gadget expands its height out of control in native Jira dashboards.
