How to find the deployment ID when a deployment fails using CMJ Cloud

When migrating data using the Configuration Manager for Jira app from Server/DC to Cloud or Cloud to Cloud, if the migration fails the logs from the AWS are needed to analyze the error.

To identify the AWS logs, the deployment ID is needed.

Solution

You can find the deployment ID from the URL where the analysis failed or migration failed errors are shown. Here are the relevant screenshots.

The deployment ID during analysis, in this case, is “a25507b5-b7cd-4b40-b23f-a7ff209c8c08“

For the migration failed error, the deployment ID from the URL is “4c88781c-7adf-4964-b3de-2fe4ce3080eb”
