The SLA Working Duration Analysis Chart Gadget displays the average, minimum, and maximum duration of SLAs.
This tutorial will walk you through the process of adding the SLA Working Duration Analysis Chart Gadget to your dashboard.
Add The Periodic Met vs Exceeded SLA Gadget
1. Go to the Dashboard you want to add the gadget to.
2. Click Add gadget or Add a new gadget.
3. Search TTS - SLA Working Duration Analysis gadget.
4. Click Add Gadget.
5. The SLA Working Duration Analysis Chart gadget configuration screen will appear.
6. Select a Filter or a Project to pick which issues to include in the gadget. You MUST pick only one filter or one project.
7. Select the SLA(s) to be analyzed and displayed as separate lines. You MUST pick at least one SLA.
8. Create a Custom Gadget Title. This custom title will be displayed on top of the gadget.
9. If you want to display the average working duration of the SLAs, tick Average Duration.
10. If you want to display the minimum working duration of the SLAs, tick Minimum Duration.
11. If you want to display the maximum working duration of the SLAs, tick Maximum Duration.
12. If you want to display the percentile working duration of the SLAs, tick Percentile Duration and enter Percentile Rank.
13. Select Time Format (Long, Short, Shorter).
Long format: Displays the duration with day/hour/minute/second units and full localized unit labels.
Short format: Displays the duration with day/hour/minute/second units and abbreviated unit labels.
Shorter format: Displays the duration with hour/minute/second units and abbreviated unit labels.
14. Select whether the gadget should exclude SLAs with zero durations from the calculation.
15. Select Refresh Interval.
16. Click Save.
That’s it! The gadget will now appear in the dashboard
